Widgets
The following table describes widgets that are typically found on dashboards. The widgets on your dashboard can be customized (see Using Dashboard Widgets).
Widget | Description |

Alerts | Alerts provide useful information messages. You can snooze an alert message (so they can be handled later) or archive it if the issue has been resolved. The Alert Status and Handling Status graph illustrates different alerts that are grouped by Alert Type and Status. Also see Checking and Handling Alerts . |
Critical Alerts List | Alerts that the system designates as Critical Alerts. The Critical Alerts List provides a method to quickly scan Alert Types and Severity, and then access the associated Meter Card (select the underlined Meter ID to open its Meter Card). Consumption | Monthly Total Consumption Graph – This graph shows consumption by month and compares it to the local rainfall for that month. In a similar fashion, other periods can be displayed (select Monthly, Weekly, or Daily from the drop-down menu). |
Consumption Map | This map shows hot zones (areas where consumption is high). It provides a method to quickly scan and investigate specific areas of town for problems. Also see Run a Consumption Report. |
Drive By Status | This graph shows number of drive by meters read and not read in the previous 30 days. |
System Status | The Reception Quality by Meters Graph shows the health of your fixed-base system. Received signal strength indicator (RSSI) is a measurement of the power present in a received radio signal. The RX Levels represented are the RSSI levels of the last communication. The relative quality of the system displays as a percentage. |
Work Orders | The Work Orders by Status Graph displays your operations from a work order standpoint. The work order number provides an active link to work orders. |
